A lift-off hinge is a type of hinge that allows the door or gate to be easily removed from the frame without the need for any tools. The hinge consists of two parts, one attached to the door and the other to the frame, that interlock and pivot around a pin or rod.

To remove the door, you simply lift it off the hinge by pulling it away from the frame. This is particularly useful for doors that need to be taken off frequently for maintenance or cleaning, or for doors that are heavy and difficult to handle.
